Dr. Richard L. Sander, Ed.D., is a long time educator, coach and leader in high school and college athletics.  His 40 years of experience leading individuals, teams and organizations has left an enormous imprint on him and he wants to get back to his roots of education.  Dr. Sander, “Doc” as he is affectionately know, has started this site as a resource for those dedicated and driven individuals that are interested in cultivating their leadership skills.  As a well-respected visionary and a creative businessman, “Doc” has much to offer and is willing to pass along the lessons, wisdom and insight from not only his “wins”, but his “losses” as well.  Read on…
